Cleo

The mission of The Cleo Project is to record, preserve, and share stories of the elder generation through the use of mobile hardware on the Memory Archive Cart, or MAC. The proposal and website below detail where the MAC will be housed, the technology used, and two user personae.

Throughout the creation of The Cleo Project, technology and service decisions were focused around the needs of a specific user demographic. This project applies theories of information ethics and accessibility to protect the privacy of the users, and develops creative solutions to allow older generations to confidently engage with technology services.
